PROPtCLUB introduces young people to prop making through practical, hands-on workshops inspired by the techniques used across film, television and theatre.Makers explore materials, processes, engineering and creative problem-solving by actually making things.

PROPteam LTD respects your privacy and only collects personal information needed to provide our services, manage workshop bookings, communicate with customers and run our activities safely.This may include names, contact details, booking information and information provided by a parent or carer about a young Maker where it is relevant to their participation in a workshop.We only collect information we need and do not sell personal information.Where we use service providers such as Luma and Stripe to manage bookings and payments, information may be processed by those services in accordance with their own privacy policies.Photographs or video of young Makers will only be used by PROPteam for promotional purposes where the appropriate permission has been given. Choosing not to give photography permission does not affect participation in a workshop.We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting or safeguarding requirements.You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you or your child, or to request correction or deletion where applicable.Contact: [email protected]

Terms & ConditionsWorkshop places are subject to availability and are confirmed when booking and payment have been successfully completed.Children attending PROPtCLUB workshops should fall within the advertised age range unless otherwise agreed with PROPteam LTD.Workshops involve practical making activities and the use of art, craft, moulding and casting materials. Participants should wear suitable clothing and follow the safety instructions given by the workshop tutor.Parents and carers are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their child's safe participation.PROPteam LTD may make reasonable changes to workshop activities, materials or timings where necessary while maintaining the overall nature of the advertised experience.Participants are expected to behave in a way that allows everyone to enjoy the workshop safely.Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Cancellations & RefundsWe understand that plans change.If you can no longer attend a PROPtCLUB workshop, please contact us as soon as possible.Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop will receive a full refund.For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop, we'll do our best to transfer your place to another suitable session where possible.If PROPteam LTD cancels a workshop, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the workshop ticket price.Refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method.Contact: [email protected]
